Residence des Pins
Residence des Pins
Excelsa acquired a controlling stake in Residence des Pins, one of the largest developments in Western Algiers. The initial owners were unable to complete the project and Excelsa stepped in with its financial resources and operational expertise. The project is made up of a 428-unit apartment complex, two office buildings, and a sports complex. Excelsa completed and exited the project in 2014.
