Jonathan Woods

Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan joined Excelsa in 2015 and manages most aspects of the firm's U.S. real estate activities, including transaction sourcing, financing, fund structuring and management. He began his real estate career in 2003 by establishing one of the first ground-up development funds in the Middle East after a career on Wall Street with UBS. Jonathan earned his Master of Business Administration at Columbia University and has a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Brown University.
