Excelsa’s investment strategy in the United States is focused primarily on value-add multifamily, in particular, Class B and C properties. Our focus is primarily equity however we will consider preferred equity and mezzanine debt situations opportunistically. We are seeking acquisitions in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and South Central regions primarily.
Excelsa currently owns two office buildings in the US. We are targeting income-producing office investments in Europe, with a view towards compelling and value-add opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe.
Excelsa’s property development company has successfully developed projects in the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality areas.
We have in-house technical and sales teams that provide us with the versatility to rapidly expand into new markets.
Excelsa is open to acquiring companies and developing greenfield opportunities in sectors with high barriers to entry and strong return potential where we believe we can add value with operational expertise and financial resources.
