Adel joined Excelsa as a Director in Investor Relations, bringing nearly two decades of experience across private equity, venture capital, technology, and large-scale infrastructure development. His background spans investment management, strategic growth, value creation, and operating leadership across high-tech, industrial, and energy sectors. Before Excelsa, he advised family offices and institutional investors and held senior roles in digital transformation, venture building, and growth at one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, high-growth start-ups, and a leading global technology company. Earlier in his career, he worked in engineering, project management, and complex capital projects. Adel holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
