Fund II – Excelsa US Real Estate Partners II, LP is Excelsa's second multifamily-focused fund. The fund closed with $153 MM in commitments allowing us to acquire $400 MM – $600 MM worth of assets.

Fund I – Excelsa US Real Estate I, LP is Excelsa’s first multifamily-focused fund. EUSRE I has invested $86 MM of equity, acquiring around $350 MM worth of U.S. multifamily properties.

Launched in 2009, Aquila Invest is Excelsa’s legacy portfolio consisting of a pool of individual LP and co-GP positions with $35 MM in cumulative invested equity.

Excelsa is currently divesting the Aquila portfolio.
