Les Pavillons
Les Pavillons is a 21-unit gated community project in Cheraga, Algiers. It is one of the only low-rise, low-density developments in urban Algiers. Construction commenced in 2019, and most units were reserved prior to launch.
Le Patio Hotel
Excelsa is developing a 124-key four-star hotel in the vicinity of the new International Conference Center in Algiers. The hotel will be operated by Groupe du Louvre, a leading French hospitality group.
Le Patio
Le Patio is a 183-unit mixed-use development in Ain Benian, Western Algiers. The project is comprised of a 4-star hotel, an integrated retail area, a large courtyard, and ample underground parking.
Residence des Pins
Excelsa acquired a controlling stake in Residence des Pins, one of the largest developments in Western Algiers. The initial owners were unable to complete the project and Excelsa stepped in with its financial resources and operational expertise. The project is made up of a 428-unit apartment complex, two office buildings, and a sports complex. Excelsa completed and exited the project in 2014.
